1. Eligibility
The UHURU VPN Referral Program (“Program”) is open to individuals or entities who operate websites, apps, or social media properties and who are able to legally participate in affiliate marketing in their country of residence. By applying you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Enrollment
To join the Program you must submit an application via the application form. UHURU VPN reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission & Payouts
- Base commission is 15% of each net payment from a referred customer.
- Higher tiers: up to 30% depending on monthly referred revenue.
- Attribution window: 90 days, last-click model.
- Payouts are processed once per calendar month via PayPal, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or Kaspi, with a minimum withdrawal of $20.
4. Lifetime Credit
Commissions are credited for the lifetime of the referred customer as long as their subscription remains active and these terms are met.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Self-referrals or using your own link to earn commission.
- Spam, unsolicited emails, motivated or paid traffic (including paid installs) without prior approval.
- Bidding on UHURU VPN brand keywords or attempting to outrank official ads.
- Misleading claims, false advertising, or content that violates applicable laws.
6. Termination
UHURU VPN may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination unpaid legitimate commissions up to the termination date will be paid in the next payout cycle.
7. Modifications
UHURU VPN may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
UHURU VPN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits. Total liability will not exceed the amount of commissions actually earned and payable to you.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
